The technology on which BI EE is based is already proven as it comes from the Siebel Analytics product that
Oracle acquired when it bought Siebel in 2006. Skills in this underlying technology are key to the success of any
implementation of BI EE. In particular, deep knowledge of the following core technical components is
essential:
- Data warehouse design, where appropriate
- Enterprise Edition Repository design and development
- Answers and Dashboard design and development
- Informatica ETL, assuming that you have chosen to use this component
