What do we do, and how do we differ from other support services?

Our support service provides the same level of extreme Siebel, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (BI EE) / Siebel Analytics or Siebel Reports expertise as our on-site consulting service but allows customers to get help at short notice and, if appropriate, for short periods of time. This service should not be confused with Oracle product support which deals with errors in the core application. Instead, application support is about supporting your specific application configuration.

Our dedicated support team will keep a copy of your application in our offices and keep familiar with it so that in the event of a problem, no time is wasted in getting up to speed on what it is meant to do and how it is meant to do it. Because the team are all real experts, any problems will be quickly and accurately diagnosed, and your application will be fully operational again as quickly as possible. If necessary, we will work with different parts of your organisation, and third parties, to solve problems. Many organisations with an in house team still choose to use the Customer Systems support service to supplement that team with particular point expertise.

Finally, we don't restrict ourselves to just fixing your existing application. Many customers choose to use the support service for creating minor enhancements or getting advice on how to maximise their use of Siebel, BI EE or Siebel Reports.
